A lot of work has gone into establishing an architecture for OpenDaylight and in just 60 days the community has created and approved a proposal for a controller that merges the best pieces from multiple contributors’ codebases.
The collaborative development model allowed the best and brightest to come together and speed the project’s development. That work has been summarized in a blog post by David Meyer, chair of the Technical Steering Committee, click here.
On Tuesday, the company also announced the addition of five new members to its group: Cyan, Huawei, Inocybe Technologies, Plexxi and Radware Technologies. For more information, click here.
